Cultivation Process

Pumping and Fertilization

The irrigation process involves several steps and key elements. Starting in the pump room, tanks are used to store water and essential nutrients for the plants.

Injectors help properly mix the nutrients with water, while the gravel filter ensures that the water is clean and free from impurities.

Irrigation Method

Once the nutrient solution is ready, an irrigation system is used to distribute water for 4 minutes per valve, ensuring proper hydration of the plants.

This is achieved through the use of a drip hose, which releases water gradually and efficiently near the roots of the plants.

Head Size Control

The root and stem are fundamental parts of the plant. The root absorbs water and nutrients from the soil, while the stem provides structural support and facilitates the transport of water and nutrients to other parts of the plant.

The root system extends from the root and is responsible for anchoring the plant to the soil and absorbing the necessary nutrients and water for growth. Eventually, as the plant develops, a bud forms, which will eventually become a flower, completing the flower planting cycle.

Selection and Quality Process

Reception and phytosanitary control

The flowers are received, and a phytosanitary control is carried out to detect pests or diseases. If pests are found, the flowers are returned to the suppliers.

Hydration and storage in cold rooms

The flowers are placed in trays with water and a hydrating solution to maintain their freshness, and then stored in cold rooms.

Chemical control

A chemical control is implemented to manage pests such as thrips and mites, using a specific formula with different products and doses.

Preparation

In this stage, the flower buds are uniformized, the stem length is standardized, and the stems are cut. Additionally, a micro-perforated protective cap is placed to prevent damage to the petals.

Packing and labeling

The flowers are placed in pre-made boxes, securely fastened to prevent movement during transportation, and labeled with necessary information, such as the type of flower, quantity of stems, and destination.
